4th Annual Muddy Water’s Tattoo Convention

The 4th Annual Muddy Water’s Tattoo Convention was held on the banks of the mighty Mississippi at the Quad City Waterfront Convention Center in Davenport Iowa. Heather Stumpf and her father, Iowan tattoo old-timer “Stumpf,” have assembled a little regional convention with a big heart that is beloved by the folks venturing out each year to attend and work the event. It’s not a big show, but it attracts enough solid artists and educated enthusiasts to be well worth attending.
