   Am I correct that the “October 24 2011″ date alongside the cover shot of the December 2011 issue of S&I means: “Shipped to customers” (on that date)? If so, why does it always take several weeks for my copy to arrive? Fairbanks, AK isn’t NYC or Philly, but it’s sure the heck a US city, with regular and frequent airline service. How come mine (seems to) arrives by dog sled?

   My son and I are in Decembers issue, is there anywhere I can get it I haven’t found it, a friend of mine text me the picture of my Son and I along with my son’s Boris tattoo.
