I’ve had work done by Jason Donahue (Idle Hand Tattoo Studio, San Francisco, CA) Scott Cooper (Saint Tattoo, Knoxville, TN) Tilt (New Life Tattoo, Champagne, IL), Alisha Kates (Lifetime of Sol, Denver, CO) Mike Nickels (White Lotus, Highlands Ranch, CO) Josh Ford (Lifetime of Sol, Denver, CO and Honorable Irons) Lee-ball (Twisted Sol, Denver, CO) Jher 451 (Rebellion Tattooing, Denver, CO) Ben Thompson (Rebellion Tattooing, Denver, CO), Sandi Calistro (Kaze Gallery, Denver, CO), Matt Carillo (Phantom 8 Tattoo & Piercing, Englewood, CO) Alicia Cardenas (Sol Tribe, Denver CO), James Moldonado (Sol Tribe, Denver, CO and White Lotus, Highlands Ranch, CO) and Derek Nobel (Lucky Devil, Seattle, WA).
For my chest I wanted a piece that honored the history of famous tattooed women, hence the roses. When I approached Josh Ford at Lifetime of Sol, he drew up a beautiful piece of a Japanese-inspired spider lady with luscious red roses.
I have always loved all forms of art and knew I wanted a tattoo since I was a little girl in awe of my father’s Paratrooper tattoo. Over

time as I became tattooed with smaller pieces, I decided I would like half sleeves which formed into full custom sleeves thanks to the amazing custom artists I have been fortunate to know.
For me, the beauty of the art is a bigger priority than the meaning behind the piece. Having custom work is comparable to owning a one-of-a-kind art masterpiece, and for me showcasing the style of a particular artist is of the utmost importance.
